Preserve the original design intent of the gardens Carefully maintain the aesthetics, structural integrity, and overall appearance of landscape features such as fountains, walkways, trellises, and seating areas.
Planting and Transplanting:
Assist in planting seasonal flowers, new shrubs, trees, and other plants Ensure proper spacing, soil preparation, and care instructions are followed during the planting process.
Pest and Disease Control:
Monitor the gardens regularly for signs of pests, diseases, and other potential threats to plant health.
Implement appropriate measures to control and prevent any damage or infestations, using environmentally friendly practices whenever possible.
Water Management:
Adjust watering schedules as needed, considering weather conditions, plant requirements, and water conservation principles.
Seasonal Displays and Events:
Collaborate with the owners to create and maintain seasonal displays, ensuring a visually stunning ambiance for special occasions and events.
Coordinate with florists and designers as necessary.
Equipment and Tools:

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience as a Gardener, preferably in a luxury hotel, high-end residential property, or renowned garden.
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and gardening techniques, including pruning, planting, and pest control.
Ability to identify common plant diseases, pests, and effective control measures.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
